How VIP Rewards Works
Rewards are priced in chips/points. Chips convert to points at equal value, and internally 100 chips ≈ $1 in reward value. You’ll need a Cook International Player Account to enroll, earn, and redeem.
Sign up or log in to your Cook International Player Account to enroll in the VIP Rewards Program. Accounts must be verified, 21+, and in eligible jurisdictions.
As you play eligible games, you accumulate chips and points. Chips and points are interchangeable for redemption. Your balance is tracked directly in your Player Account and casino wallet.
Redeem your balance for Standard Rewards in the Gift Shop or save up for Diamond Tier Rewards like the commemorative Cook Int’l Leather Jacket or the Harrah’s Cherokee weekend getaway.

These are Cook International’s Standard VIP Rewards offerings. If a reward is unavailable, we’ll either return your chips/points for that redemption or offer a substitute of similar value and comp the difference. Rewards and chip prices are subject to change at any time.

A limited edition Cook International Leather Jacket available exclusively through the VIP Rewards Program. This prestige piece marks you as a Diamond-tier player and may only be redeemed once per eligible account, subject to availability and verification.
Redeem 1,000,000 points for an all-expenses-paid weekend at Harrah’s Cherokee Hotel & Casino in Cherokee, North Carolina. The package typically includes hotel accommodations, reasonable travel costs, applicable taxes/fees, and a food & beverage credit.
