License Structure

1. $10,000 base license to access the template, documentation, and initial technical onboarding.
2. 10% license share agreement for ten (10) years, based on agreed revenue definitions in the licensing contract.
3. At the end of the 10-year term, you receive full source-code ownership for your licensed brand.

Referral & Partner Program

Industry partners, consultants, and affiliates can participate in a transparent referral program when they introduce licensed operators who successfully enter into a platform licensing agreement with Cook Technology Services.

• $5,000 referral commission on each signed $10,000 base license.
• 5% share of the platform revenue (from our 10% license share) for up to ten (10) years on referred operators, subject to contract.
• Simple, contract-backed structure with clear reporting and payment cadence.

Referral and partner arrangements are subject to due diligence, licensing verification, and a separate written agreement. Terms may vary based on territory and regulatory requirements.
