Cook International Casino (“Cook International”) takes the security of your Player Account and payment information seriously. This page explains how we protect your data, how we verify account changes, and what to do if you believe your account has been compromised.
How We Protect Your Information
We use a layered security approach designed to protect your Player Account and payment activity from unauthorized access:
- Secure Connections (TLS/HTTPS). All communication between your browser and our servers is protected using industry-standard encryption.
- Third-party payment processing. All real-money payments are processed by PayPal. Your card and bank information are stored and handled by PayPal, not by Cook International Casino.
- Device-based Player Accounts. Your Player Account is tied to the device you register on, and our systems are configured for one account per device to reduce shared-account abuse and improve security controls.
- PIN-based access. Access to your Player Account and player wallet requires both your username and a 4–6 digit PIN that you set at registration.
- Back-office monitoring. Our team monitors for irregular chip activity, suspicious login patterns, and potential abuse of bonus offers, and may place temporary holds while we complete a review.
Your Responsibilities
To help keep your account secure, we ask all players to follow these best practices:
- Do not share your PIN with anyone, including friends, family, or our staff.
- Do not allow other people to play under your username or on your verified device.
- Choose a PIN that is not easy to guess (avoid birth years, repeating digits, or “123456”).
- Contact us immediately if you suspect that someone else knows your PIN or is using your account.
- Only access Cook International Casino from devices and networks you trust.
If we detect unusual chip purchases, cash-out requests, or gameplay patterns, we may temporarily suspend an account or delay withdrawals while we verify the activity with you.

Resetting Your PIN
If you can’t remember your Player Account PIN, you can request a reset using the same secure process that is available on the Player Account and Cashier pages.
When you submit a reset request, our system logs it for manual review. For your protection, our team may confirm details such as your full name, username, email address, and date of birth before completing a change to your account.
If you no longer have access to the device you registered on, or something doesn’t look right with your account, please contact the Security Team directly.
If You Suspect Suspicious Activity
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice:
- Chip purchases you do not recognize.
- Changes to your Player Wallet balance that you did not authorize.
- Logins or gameplay activity that you did not initiate.
In some cases, we may temporarily lock or restrict an account while we investigate. During this time, certain features (including additional chip purchases or withdrawals) may be paused until we confirm that the activity is legitimate.
